I first tried this recipe with strawberries then blueberry and then raspberries, and all of them tasted just perfect. This involves only a few ingredients and is quick to make in the morning when you are in a rush, and the best thing about this smoothie is that you can adjust it to fit your tastes by switching the fruits you like.

INGREDIENTS:
- Strawberries - 10-12 (For Strawberry Banana Smoothie)
- Blueberries - 1 and 1/2 cup ( For Blueberry Banana Smoothie)
- Raspberries - 1 and 1/2 cup (For Raspberry Banana Smoothie)
- Banana - 1 and 1/2 ripe bananas (add 2 bananas if they are small in size)
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Milk - as per your need for consistency
- Sugar - As per your need ( Reduce sugar quantity if you like to keep it healthy)
- Strawberry Banana Smoothie:
Peel and dice the bananas and put them in the blender jar. Cut the strawberries into half and put them in the blender jar along with the yogurt and sugar. Blend all of them well till they turn smooth. Add milk if required according to your desired consistency and blend once more. Pour this into a glass and serve chilled.
