INGREDIENTS:-
- Desiccated/flaked unsweetened coconut - 1 and 1/3rd cup
- Sugar - 1/3rd cup
- All Purpose Flour - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/8th tsp
- Egg whites (no need to whisk or beat) - 2
- Pure vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- Pre-heat the oven to 325F and line a baking tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together coconut, sugar,flour & salt.
- Then add the whites and vanilla to it and mix well. You will have a nice soft dough.
- Now spoon them onto the baking tray using a teaspoon into conical shapes or round as per your liking.
- And bake this for 20 - 25mins or until golden brown .
- Let them cool completely on a cooling rack and then ,store in airtight tins. That is all there is to this. Enjoy!!!
