I am Gopikka, a Pune based Keralite. I've grown up in a family where everyone cooks well and my mother's a super duper cook :). Just like my mom it wasnt for the love of cooking but just because me and my father loved to eat that she used to put in all the effort to make all those yummy dishes. Similarly i ended up marrying Aswin who just like my dad is a foodie and to add on is a superb cook himself :).

I shifted to Arizona, U.S.A after getting married, and used to cook along with my husband because yes he was better at it and still is.  it is because of him and the time we spent cooking together i developed my liking towards cooking and now I just love cooking for him because he enjoys every bit of what i make for him and also gives his review very honestly.

So now I am here putting down all my tales down of my experience in my kitchen as a newly wed ;)
Thanks to my sister lakshmichechi who herself is a lovely cook and a blogger who encouraged me to do this and my lovely friends who come up with the most lovely surprised reactions seeing me cook well :D and last but not the least my mother and mother in law for sharing their secrets with me :) and Aswin for being as enthusiastic as ever when it comes to food and being such a support :)
