INGREDIENTS:-
METHOD:-- Palak - One bundle.
- Tomato - 2 if small 1 if big
- Moong dal - 1/2 cup
- Pepper - 1 tsp (You can add more if you want)
- Salt - For taste
- Butter/ Ghee - As per your requirement(Optional)
- Put all the ingredients together in a pressure cooker.
- Add enough water for it to cook.
- Pressure cook them for 1 whistle.
- Wait for it to cool down and blend it into a puree
- Take this puree into a pan or pot and boil it.
- Once you bring it to boil, your soup is ready to be served.
- You can serve your soup with either ghee or butter and enjoy it!!!
