Palak Soup

Winters are here and a bowl of soup will warm any cold evening. This Palak soup is not only easy to make but will  make your taste buds happy and also take care of the nutrition value.

INGREDIENTS:-













  • Palak  -  One bundle.
  •  Tomato - 2 if small 1 if big
  • Moong dal - 1/2 cup
  •  Pepper   -  1 tsp (You can add more if you want)
  • Salt  -  For taste    
  • Butter/ Ghee -  As per your requirement(Optional)
METHOD:-
  •  Put all the ingredients together in a pressure cooker.
  •  Add enough water for it to cook.
  • Pressure cook them for 1 whistle.
  • Wait for it to cool down and blend it into a puree


  •   Take this puree into a pan or pot and boil it.
  • Once you bring it to boil, your soup is ready to be served.
  • You can serve your soup with either ghee or butter and enjoy it!!!
